Quick Verdict

Coffee grinds on thick carpet, one pass, and you couldn’t tell they were there at all. The first thing that stood out to me was how quiet this thing is, and the second was that I stopped moving my kitchen chairs to vacuum under the table.

Buy if you:

  • fight pet hair on thick carpet and want it gone in one pass
  • hate dragging chairs out before vacuuming the kitchen
  • want to clean your car with the same vacuum you use inside
  • want spare filters in the box instead of a reorder in two months

Coffee Grinds, Dry Oatmeal, Pet Hair. Thick Carpet.

I dumped coffee grinds on thick carpet and they came right up. You couldn’t tell that they were there at all. That’s the test that sells this thing, because coffee grinds on a deep pile is where most cheap stick vacuums just push the mess around and change the color of the carpet. Dry oatmeal was the same story. Pet hair, same. Check the current price on amzlink.to if that’s the specific problem you’re trying to solve.

The 600W brushless motor is rated at 50 KPa, which is exceptionally high suction for a household vacuum. But the thing that stood out to me first wasn’t the suction at all. It was how quiet it actually is. I expected 50 KPa to scream. It doesn’t.

There’s a green LED light on the front of the floor head, and I’d rank that higher than most people would. It lets you see everything you’re trying to vacuum up. Fine dust on hardwood under a table is invisible until a low light rakes across it.

Setting It Up and the Charging Catch

Two ways to charge, and neither one is plugging a cord into the vacuum body. You pull the battery out and plug into the battery itself, or you drop the whole vacuum into the included wall mount, which it slips right into. The wall mount is the one I’d use. If you’re the kind of person who expects to just stick a plug in the handle, that’s a small adjustment.

The purple piece extends or contracts depending on how tall you want the vacuum to be, so you set your height once and forget it. Swapping accessories is quick. I had the couch tool on for upholstery and the long attachment on when I took it out to the car. Everything pops on and off without a fight.

On top there’s an LCD screen showing battery remaining and letting you adjust suction from low to high. Battery runs over an hour, rated at 65 minutes.

Why I’d Look Here Before a Dyson Cordless Vacuum

The removable battery and two spare filters cut ownership cost sharply compared to Dyson’s sealed design and parts markup. That’s the shape of the category and that’s what everyone cross-shops. The argument for this one isn’t that it’s a Dyson. It’s that the three things people actually complain about with a Dyson cordless stick vacuum are suction fade, dyson cordless vacuum battery life, and the cost of dyson cordless vacuum parts.

The 29.6V battery pulls out in seconds, you’re not shipping the vacuum anywhere or paying a service fee when capacity fades, you’re buying a replacement pack. Two spare filters ship in the box, which matters because a wet filter needs 24 hours to dry before it goes back in; having a dry one ready means you’re not waiting.

The wheels on the back let me vacuum under my kitchen table without moving a single chair, a first for any cordless stick I’ve owned. Even with the wand extended all the way down, it pivots tight enough to thread between chair legs without stopping.

And I’ll admit a dumb one: I love putting lines on my couch with the upholstery tool. It just makes it look so nice.

Emptying, Filters, and Pulling the Brush Roll

Emptying takes about two seconds. You pop off the tank, dump it into your garbage, pop it right back on. No tools, no shaking it like a ketchup bottle.

Filter cleaning is where I expected this to get annoying and it didn’t. One filter comes out of the top. The bottom of the canister opens up, and you can pull the whole assembly out to clean pet hair and debris out of it. The canister itself washes out. Everything comes apart into easy manageable pieces and goes back together just as easily. The spare air filter stores under the unit, which I like, because a spare you can’t find isn’t a spare.

The brush roll is the one job that takes a real minute. If something gets clogged in the floor head, you flip it over, find the little locking mechanism, unlock it, and the brush comes out so you can clear whatever’s wrapped in there. Not hard. But it’s a deliberate step, not a one-handed thing you do mid-vacuum, so if you have long-haired pets plan on doing it on a schedule rather than waiting for the head to stall.

Between the removable battery, two spare filters, and a brush roll that actually comes out, ownership cost after the purchase looks low. That’s the part of the listing worth reading on amzlink.to before you compare it to anything premium.

What to Settle Before You Order

Decide where the wall mount goes before the box arrives. That’s the whole setup decision. Mount it near an outlet in a spot you walk past, because a self-standing vacuum parked in a closet gets used half as often as one hanging in the mudroom.

Check that the accessories you want are in the listing you’re buying. I used the couch tool constantly and the long attachment every time I cleaned my car, and those two did more work than the main floor head some weeks. The 3.3 ft extendable hose is the piece that makes car interiors realistic.

Hard floors, thick carpet, car interiors, stairs, upholstery, I ran it on all of them and only changed the attachment, never the suction setting. If the floor head performance is the test that matters to you, it already passed that on coffee grinds and pet hair in the first section.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the HEPA filter washable, or do you replace it?

Washable. The HEPA filter rinses clean, and the vacuum ships with two extra filters anyway, so you’ve got backups while one dries. Let it dry fully before putting it back in.

Will the 1.8L dust cup handle a whole house in one go?

For most homes, yes. 1.8 liters is on the larger side for a cordless stick, and since the runtime is 65 minutes, you’re more likely to be watching the battery than the cup. Pop the tank, dump it, snap it back if you do fill it mid-job.

Can you run it on stairs and curtains, not just floors?

Yes. Hard floors, tile, stairs, carpet, beds, sofas, gaps, curtains and car interiors are all in scope. The upholstery tool is what you want for stairs and furniture; the long attachment handles gaps and vents.

Is there any warranty or support if something fails?

A comparable variant of this vacuum advertises 24 months of protection with a 24/7 customer service team. Confirm the exact terms on the listing you’re buying, since coverage varies by seller and configuration.

Half a star off for the charging setup, since you’re either pulling the battery or using the wall mount, never plugging the stick itself. Everything else, the 50 KPa pickup on thick carpet, the 65-minute battery, the two spare filters, lands above its weight class. A direct-to-body charge port and this is a five.
